LAN game not working

I've been trying to make a LAN game for about an hour now and I just cannot seemingly figure out the reason why it wont show up on my other computer. They are connected with an ethernet cable and the packets sent and recieved dont change at all. If it helps the host system is a Dell Precision T5500 with windows 10 and the other computer is a dell inspiron 518 desktop with windows 7

Press the down or up arrow keys when in the lan list, there's a bug with the lan list as of this update. It will be fixed in the next one.

Hmm... Didn't seem to work. I am still figuring out why my packets received and sent on the WIndows control panel havent changed yet. That might be the reason..
