You might as well try to download it with that trial account, not really sure how it works. For those who didnt´t know, you don´t exactly get the full multiplayer experience by just getting the game as the DLC map packs are still not free and there´s only couple of playlists that don´t require DLC. I think only Heroic comes free with the game and other map packs you will have to buy separately or buy ODST, which has all the maps for multiplayer.
