Anti-Cheat is being worked on, as is many things. The functionality of the anti-crash tool is built into the launcher afaik. You can use whichever xdelay you want, the launcher's version works and the xdelay program works as well.

H2Acid from what i remember just puts your game in an acid hallucination (emulating the feeling of being on drugs) For some reason, i cant seem to get h2cleaner running. I also cannot remember what that program does.

Its interesting to dwell on what could have been. Halo 2 For Windows Vista had different pathways, but ultimately due to its rushed development, it turned out to be the shoddy port we all know today.
