That's pretty much garenteed not to happen. If you want H2V achievements on your Live account, you're gonna have to use the GFWL launcher with vanilla H2V.

Currently, no. You'd have to actually use GFWL to get achievements, but in the last update, 5.0, achievements were implemented for Carto accounts (it wouldn't go onto an Xbox Live account). That update got rolled back for performance issues, but the feature is supposed to come back in a future...

The basics of it is that the super jumps on Xbox don't work on H2V, because the Xbox version ran at 30 ticks, while H2V runs at 60 ticks, breaking all of the super jumps from the Xbox version. H2V has some unique super jumps appereantly, but not many. You'd have to look them up.

Performance issues with the update that added it. They rolled back to the previous version so they could deal with the performance issues, and removed all of the features that update had until then. It'll come back.
