Use "map=(map filename with .map at the end)" Ex. map=shpoople.map

I havent read the whole topic so you may already know this but.. To get co-op dedi to work properly you need a client app that forces the player onto correct team and switches their biped. You can change them on the server but it will not sync onto the client. You also need to edit the map...

I would suggest reinstalling, it sounds like your game had a problem installing and didn't get those maps.

You cannot easily revert the audio codecs back to what they were before because they are built into the .exe and xlive :(
