The anticheat is triggered by look autocentering, disable that in settings. If it's still getting triggered uninstall the Spanish translation mod, that also triggers the anticheat.

Then I recommend that you stop cheating.

Disable automatic aim centering in settings.

Disable autolook centering in settings.

If you do not know how to use wine then I recommend bootcamp or a virtual machine.

The game does not run on mac. Look into wine: https://www.winehq.org/ Failing that you can use bootcamp to install Windows or use a virtual machine.
