You should just upgrade to Windows 10, if your computer can run 8/8.1 then you should be fine. I did it from Win 7 and it keeps everything from before and runs well. just make sure to install updates after installing. Dedicated server "Server 4 TX" hasn't seemed to be working lately. I haven't been able to join it and I don't think anyone else can join it because I never see anyone in it. Idk if you guys can do anything about it or if the person hosting it has to do something.
