Haven't received confirmation email, just soo eager to play :(

I recently discovered this gem of a revival and i want to jump into the multiplayer ASAP, but i checked both my spam and main email folders and haven't received any confirmation email soo far. Just curious as to how long it may take as it stated the registry instructions that it is almost instant but it's been a few hours.
