reason for ban?

I usually play after work or when I have some free time. Today when I tried to log in it tells me that I have been banned but it doesn't mention the reason. Was it for spam? Bad behavior? Detection of an illegal program? Or what reason? I would like to understand the reason so I can defend myself. Without a reason I can't defend myself.

How or with whom can I validate?

Can I know what the trap is? Was I using some illegal program? To use PS4 controls on PC you have to use DS4, 360CE or others. Are they considered illegal?
