Seen the FAQ, ran the directX updater and everything's up to date.
What next troubleshooting steps do I take?
Running windows 10. 64 bit.
Installed the XP update stuff for the sake of it (which in hindsight is probably where I went wrong)
but whilst I try and fix this, anyone have any suggestions?
